The ScienceCampus Halle and the Bioeconomy Cluster cordially invite you to the 9th International Bioeconomy Conference on 9th and 10th June 2021. The conference will be held online. It is free of charge.
In keeping with the motto “Bio meets Economy – Science meets Industry”, conference participants will gain comprehensive insights into current developments in the bioeconomy, exchange ideas about innovations and make new contacts with representatives from research and industry.
This year’s partner region Baltic Sea region will be represented by numerous renowned experts. In addition, the bioeconomy in the model region of Central Germany will be presented in special subsessions.

In the German Science Year Bioeconomy, the International Bioeconomy week will begin with the IAMO Forum 2021 and it will close with the networking event “Digital Incoming – BioEconomy”.
The IAMO Forum 2021 will be held online from 07th to 09th June. It is dedicated to agrifood systems in the bioeconomy. On 09th June in the morning, the IAMO Forum and the International Bioeconomy Conference will provide the Panel Discussion “From extracting to creating value in the bioeconomy”. It is free of charge. The networking event „Digital Incoming – BioEconomy“ is organized by the Investions- und Marketinggesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt. It will take place digitally on 11th June 2021. It will provide presentations by selected speakers from business, science and politics and a framework to network with interesting players from the bioeconomy and to exchange about current news.
